Grand Master Instructor Richard A. Leasure is the Executive Director of the AMO. Currently he holds advanced Black Belt Ranks in: American Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan Karate, Shaolin Ji Kempo, Kickboxing and Kodokan Judo. He holds many International certifications and has more than twenty-five years of martial arts teaching experience.

As the Director of the American Martial Arts Organization, Grand Master Leasure believes in education. He holds an Associates Degree in Business (with a minor in accounting) from the Westmoreland County Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA, management specialization) from Seton Hill University.
